Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - heres what i ate today breakfast 1 slice french toast , 4 strawberries and a glass of milk (339calories) snack a kudos bar (120 calories) lunch nothing i need some ideas on some healthy lunches supper bowl of cereal with milk and a cup of strawberries (324calories) also ive drank so far 5glasses of water how did i do???
