Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey my name is lynn, 2 months ago i was 147, and planning to drop some pounds before spring break, but i ended up now 11 pounds heavier, and i think it all added to my stomach. i thought if i ate the same, and just exercised more i might lose some of my chub in my stomach, but i ended up eating too much for the exercise to even keep me at the same weight, i ended up 11 pounds heavier, and it showed. It just got nice out where i live and i tried on my capris i got for christmas, that fit perfect, and i guess ive beeen gaining since christmas because they fit at xmas time, but i didnt get to wear them until now, cept i didnt wear them because my stomach expanded too much for them to button. =[ i always wear strech jeans, so they all still fit, but very snuggly, and i noticed just yesterday that my love handles hang over really embarasingly over the sides, and my chub in the front reminded me of a muffin top. Today i got home and i ate, some rice chex, some trix, half a can of pringles, a dr pepper, 3 slices of pizza, a bowl of pasta, and that was my dinner and snacks. I know it's too much but i can't stop, what can i do to help me get on track? i know i can't lose all of my embarassing blubber before spring break, but what are some solutions to not being embarassed on the beach in a bathing suit?
