Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm posting my stuff for today..... Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: Taco time lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & chicken chili & a diet coke & 1 hard strawberry candy & 7 peices of sugar-free gum; Snack: apple w/ 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter; Dinner: brown rice w/soy sauce & carrots & sugar-snap peas w/fat-free ranch; Dessert: strawberry whole fruit bar; Total Calories: About 1,385; Excercise: 20 minute walk & 1-hour hip-hop class (but it's easy and low-impact) Give me a reply.
