Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What do you think about having a small dessert every day like a small peice of dark chocolate, 1/2 a cookie, a sugar free jello, 100-calorie ice cream cup, low-cal ice cream bar, or a whole fruit bar? I think it's a good idea but maybe not? Also, I am so confused about granola bars! I thought they were healthy so I got 4 of them from a gas station and I read the nutrition facts and they don't seem healthy- they are sugary and stuff...
