Message Replying To From lrc, Age 17 Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 222 lb, Goal: 140 lb - today i had pizza in a whole wheat wrap with a juicebox for lunch,then for supper i had 2 pieces of chicken breast with instant potatoes and a scoop of stovetop dressing with water...i went to the gym for an hour & 1/2 mostly on the treadmill and lifting light weights,how did i do today? |
