Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Thanks for the replys on my last post. Today I woke up at 10. I wanted to get up earlier because a schedual helps me with eating right. Anyways I didn't. So far today I have had a bowl of special K with fat free milk and a banana. It felt good to have a filling but light breakfast for the first time in a week. I also worked on the elliptical for 5 minutes. That means I have 25 more minutes of elliptical to make my goal for today. I'm finishing up as soon as my grandma leaves. She smokes and elliptical and smoky room kills. Literaly!! Insted of finishing my workout with all the smoke I did my laundry. Doesn't burn as many calories but it's still productive. For lunch I"m having a lean pocket and an apple. Dinner is Lean Cuisine and some can corn and celery. I'm also drinking lots of water and a glass of V-8 today. I'm also starting to take vitamines. I'm going to do this and I'm going to do it in a healthy low calorie way. Keep me inspired with your stories because I'm going to need them. My first goal is to lost 4 pounds by my weigh in next sunday morning. If I stay on track that will be a piece of....cerlery. haha no cake for me!! ♥Kaylee
