Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey everyone~ i cannot eat breakfast,it makes me gag=( i know this is really bad cuz breakfast gets your metabolism going but i just can't eat it=( but for lunch i had pizza in a whole wheat wrap with a juicebox, and for supper i had a can of chicken noodle soup and 6 crackers with a glass of water. i jogged/walked on the treadmill for a half hour then i did 150 jumping jacks, i am also gonna do 100 situps before i go to bed. how did i do today?
