Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 122 lb, Goal: 115 lb - wow! i'm really proud of myself. I didn't eat that much today, especially concidering i was home alone. It's always a problem when i'm home alone because i eat a lot out of boredom. I had a bowl of cereal, a yoplait yogurt, a fruitsnack, some ice cream, and this thing w/ whole wheat noodles, pizza sauce and mozz. cheese, corn, and manderin oranges. I went a little overbored with the noodles, but over all, i'm estimating about 1500 calories. The whole morning, i listened to music and danced. i didn't turn on the TV until 2:30. I also went for a bike ride to the store so i could get my grandma a b-day card. I think i coulda held back a little on the noodles, but at least they were whole wheat.
