Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok.. i kno that my body wasnt built to be as small as some of my friends but i dont like to be overweight either... i am startnig to become more confident about myself but i just wish i could wear a bikini and not be so self-conscience. so i have like 4 months to loose about 20-30 pounds////i eat pretty healthy(but sometimes i eat to much or eat ice cream) and excerise almost everyday by walknig and somedays i run-- but its not workin+++++ does anyone haev any suggestions on how i can loose weight faster?
