Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - BTW :: IM NOT SURE IF THAT IS MY REAL WEIGHT hey guys, i havent been here since about christmas. well i really dont know my weight because when i weigh myself at home, it says i am an even 170 every morning and every night, but then i got weighed in school and she said i was 152..that is a big difference, and i dont know which one to believe. but if i am 152 then my goal is 125 by the end of june. i eat special K with fat free milk for breakfast, 100 calorie pack OR special K bar with a piece of fruit for lunch, when i get home from school, i have an organic apple or grapes, but after easter, i am allowed to have peanut butter again, and i drink a lot of water, what else do you think i should do?
