Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 154 lb - well i am overweight. i am not 4 sure if that is the right hight or weight i have no clue i just gessed well i need tips i already drink a ton of water and people tell me to eat veggeis but i dont like most vegatables and or meats i eat mostly pastas and junk so is there any subsitutes also if i dont eat most of the food like meats and vegatables i dont get the nutrients i dont want to have to take medicine just to get my nutrition so i will be healthy grrrrrrr. i have weird taste budslol
