Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 110 lb - i used to have such a hard time eating healthy. but now i think about eating in a new way. everytime i go to reach for that cookie or frenchfry i just tell myself "in an hour it wont matter what you eat now, so eat something that you wont regret later when its on your hips." it actually really does work if you try to think about it. if my mom makes cheeseburgers for dinner, i opt for a salad and veggies of some sort, and later it doesnt bother me that i didnt eat the unhealthy food and i feel so much better that i made a good choice! just a tip for everyone, i dont know if it will work for you but it does for me.
