Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - even though I did really bad on eating I think I did good on exercising tell me if I did. 5 min of running and 5 min walking on treadmill, 150 total of biceps stuff, 60 crunchs, 60 squats, 60 plie squats, 20 lunges. So How did I do
