Message Replying To From Cassie, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I am having trouble with my eating habits. When I knew Spring Break was coming I was determined to be more active during the week, and that hasnt happened. Ive been eating horribly && have not had any time to exercise. I have gained 4 pounds in 10 days. What can I do to be more active? What can i do @ my own house to be more active? Thanks =) |
