Ht. 5'8", Start: 205 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 112 lb - Response to "Im doing 400-600 crunches every day" Whatever youre doing, its not proper crunches. Youre just hurting your back and wasting time. A normal crunch workout should be a set of 20-30 crunches x 3 sets. You have to feel the burn after 30 or youre doing them wrong. Again, 400-600 is ridicilous waste of time and only hurts your back
