Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'm getting so incredibly annoyed. I can't lose weight. I think I've hit my first plateau. I'm not 100% sure yet because on Sunday and Monday I didn't eat too great. But I don't know if that's why I haven't lost weight. I've been at 184 for 2 weeks, and if I don't lose weight by tomorrow then it'll be 3 weeks. I don't know if it's my fault or if it is a plateau. I try and jump rope for 30 minutes when I can. My calves get really sore from it though. So sometimes I'll work on my abs or arms when my calves are sore. I'm going to continue jupming rope for 2 weeks. And if I don't lose any weight by then, then I'll start jogging. Which I'd rather not do, but if I have to, I will. I don't know what's wrong. I did up my calories to 1,500, maybe I should bring them back down to 1200 again. Maybe I'm not getting enough exercise. I mean, I still have 44 pounds to lose, so I know my body isn't done losing weight. Any ideas how to break through this plateau? What did you guys do to get out of a plateau?
