Ht. 5'6", Start: 189 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Ok, so over the past year, I've gradually lost weight, but not so much recently. I've gotten off track a bit, but I'm gonna get back into it with the motivation of #1 being healthier, but there is something else involved..... I will be in a fashion show in about 3 weeks. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH LOSING THE FAT ON THE INNER THIGH and HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY? Thanks!
