Message Replying To From Anna, Age 13 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had so far for today. Breakfast a half of a bagel and water and one fig newton. Then for excerses I did 30 crunnchs and 10 roll downs. I can't do any cardio because it's raining outside and I can't run in the house because everything will bounce. I'll put what I have for lunch and dinner |
