Ht. 5'0", Start: 114 lb, Today: 124 lb, Goal: 110 lb - What do ya think of my diet ideas: No soda, whole wheat bread, no more rich fatty desserts, no fried foods, no bad snack food only baked chips and fruit things like that. I am very active during the weekends but i think that im going to go on job=gs with my sister too... to sorta lose weight but its fun and healthy :)
