Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So here's what I did today. Breakfast: healthy choice cereal w/!% milk & a kiwi; Lunch: Subway 6-inch turkey sub on wheat w/cheese & veggies & honey mustard & a pack of apple slices & flavored water; Snack: pretzels; Dinner: a bunch of chow mein & teryaki chicken & veggies & diet pepsi; Excercise: I just did a lot of walking today; How did I do? Is that bad? |
