Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 115 lb - My parents got all mad at me tonight because we were deciding what we were going to get for dinner, and they wanted chinese but i didnt (because its really high in fat, calories and sodium) and they were like "you're being so restrictive, eating chinese food one night is not going to hurt you." and all this other crap. it makes me so mad because they're getting mad at me for trying to be healthy!! wtf?? but i ate wayyy too much today because i was bored. does anyone have any tips on how to curb your hunger?
