Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This weight loss is agratvating. This is what I had Breakfast cereal and water. For lunch, sandwhich, 100 cal pak some puppy chow and like 2 bites out of a 100 cal bar. For supper 1 1/2 servings of some hamburger and macroni, mashed potatoes, water, 2 servings of beans, and a meatloaf the size of my palm and for dessert a small piece of ice cream cake. for exercse 20 min walking and 10 min or more of pilates and Billy Banks.
