Ht. 5'10", Start: 219 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 165 lb - hi everyone! today i did pretty good, yay! so heres the deal: b-fast 1/2 a cup cottage cheese lunch: nature valley bar dinner/more lunch: popcorn (air popped) and tofu pizza(you should try it)! It all adds up to areound 1150, but i am full so i am depressed =( o, and i drank like 2 liters of water
