Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Hi! I am going to post my daily stuff. Please respond...I'd love some feedback.... thanks. Breakfast: honey & oats granola bar & an apple & light iced tea; Lunch: tomato soup & grapes & sugar-free jello pudding; Snack: mixed nuts; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal- chicken & rice & salad w/ fat-free mozerella cheese & fat-free italian dressing; Dessert: small piece of dark chocolate & skinny cow ice cream sandwich; Excercise: 40 minutes jogging/walking & some squats & crunthces.........Mmhmmm...Did I mention I'd LOVE feedback? *wink wink*
