Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I lost 6 lbs but I can't post 158 lbs for some reason. but still I'm So happy!! Basically I have been very reasonable. Every night I walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hr listening to my ipod then I basically tone, I do 30 situps, 20 reverse situps, 20 squats, 12 lunges 6 per leg, then I work my arms with 8 lb weights. Then of course I stretch afterwards. My meals are around 1200 calories. I have a protein shake for breakfast, very yummy and healthy, and I drink 2 glasses of water. Then for lunch I have a jelly sandwich with a big bottle of water. When I get home around 3 pm I have a salad which consists of lettuce and chicken and 2 teaspoons of light blue cheese dressing and two glasses of water and finally I end my day with a small snack and two glasses of water. The if you're hungry drinking lots of water can help curb your appetite for a little while thing is actually true. and my skin looks so good since I have been drinking so much water.
