Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: white-wheat toast w/peanut butter & a banana; Lunch: orinental chicken salad w/dressing & raspberry juice; Snack: grapes & mini garlic cheese; Dinner: cheese enchilada & extra cheese & diet pepsi; Dessert: popcorn w/a little butter and popcorn salt; Approxamite Calories: 1,655. (I think I had too much cheese and calories ugh.) Excercise: 40 minute "the firm" dvd & cruntches & light-weight arm excercises & pile squats & lunges & calf lifts; What do you think? Please reply.
