Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi guys. I'm new here. I just have a couple questions. 1) I need to lose 20 pounds or so. What's a good calorie goal each day? Like, should I go under 1,200? Okay, and 2) I have a trampoline that I jump on everyday for an hour or so, about how many calories would you say that burns? Thanks guys 3
