Message Replying To From Anna, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is what I had today.Breakfast cereal no milk, and a banana 200 calories total and water. For snack a cupcake and a m&m's. For lunch a sandwhich, fiber bar and another cereal bar and water. For supper 8 chickem mcnuggets with sweet and sour, one apple pie and water. For exercses 20 min soccer, 15 min cat and mouse, and 30 min badminton. How did I do or do I need to do more exercese? |
