Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 18 Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 217 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Hey Guys! I've been having trouble with the variety in my meals. I pretty much eat the same things over and over again (for example: for the past couple of days i've been eating 4 strawberries, some cottage cheese and a hard boiled egg for breakfast). Anyone have any meal or snack ideas that are healthy ?? Thanks and keep up the good work everyone :) |
