Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 120 lb - So this is what I did today: Breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios w/ milk Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Snack: Peanuts Supper: Oatmeal w/ one slice of toast. Excercise: Ran 1 mile, about 10 minutes of dancing aerobics, 30 minutes of walking, and then 30 minutes swimming. How did I do and what can I do to do better?
