If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I have been keeping a journal on everything I eat and all the excercise I do but it's starting to get really annoying to try and figure out how many calories I eat everyday...a lot of times I'm just totally guessing....what do you think? Should I stop logging it and just try to be super healthy without writing it down??? It has helped me but I'm sick of it! |
