Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - gah back 2 171! i went down 2 169 but im up again damn it! oh well ok so ive made a plan for this month. ive made weigh ins at the end of each week and my goal weights that i want 2 b. start - 171-173 lbs 1st weigh inn 13 may i want to b 167-169 so like lose 2-4 lbs a week ... and ive decided to write down everything i eat .. ive done it b4 but i usually just give up after a few days but gunna try to stick 2 it this time... my goal by the end of the month is 2 have lost 11-13 lbs .. i kno its a lot but i think i can do it ... wat do u guys think of this idea??
