Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So its pretty much a proven fact that including lite, or non-fat dairy to your diet daily increases weight loss almost 50%. Well, for the time being i cant have any dairy due to possible allergies, so it really disapointed me due to that fact. i have found a liking to soy milk for my cereal ect, and i was wondering if soy milk had the same weight loss benefits as regular dairy products. please tell me if you know. thanks!
