Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I'm posting what I ate/what excercise I did today! Please give me some feedback, it'd be much appreciated. Breakfast: light n' fit vanilla yoghurt w/fat-free granola & strawberries & crystal light orange juice; Lunch: 2 samples of adkins bars, 1 dark chocolate stick, Mcdonald's grilled chicken honey mustard wrap & diet coke; Snack: banana; Dinner: spaghetti & sugar-snap peas; Dessert: skinny cow ice-cream sandwhich; TOTAL CALORIES: ABOUT 1,335. Excercise: 30-minute cruntch DVD & calf lifts & arm excercises with 5-pound weights (bicep, shoulder, tricep moves)....What would you rate that on a 1-10 scale?? Plzzz reply.........thankssss =)
