Ht. 5'0", Start: 128 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I want to lose weight. Does anyone have exercise tips for me? I am not able to go to a gym and I don't have any weights/dumbells. Also, what do I do about food? What kind of stuff should I eat? What is the whole thing about proportions? My friend and I are not drinking soda(I don't drink much anyway) or eating ice cream for 4 weeks. we've been successful for 1 week today...but we don't eat properly. It's just so hard/complicated. What can I do?
