Ht. 5'7", Start: 167 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I broke my left pinky the yesterday and can't run, walk or do any kind of physical activity that involves my toes of any sort. Does anyone have any ideas for excercising?? I can still strength train (but not my legs) but I'm stuck when it comes to cardio.....Some suggestions would be greatly appriciated!
