Ht. 5'3", Start: 255 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay well this is what i have had so far today: breakfast - spaghetti 3.5grams of fat, snack - mashed potatoes 0grams of fat, and some water.. thats all i had today so far, but i am still going to eat dinner and i dont know what that will be. so how did i do so far?
