~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i posted a question about how much fat u should eat in a day and thanx 2 everyone who resppoded. i went on the internet and found this: "growing young women is 30% of your daily calories should come from fat. If you want to go extreme fat reduction, then perhaps 25%. try to eat the fats that are good for you (like polyunsat's and monounsats). Stay AWAY from trans fat and saturated fats if you can. As for calculating 30% of your calories, here's how you do that. Lets say you're on a 1600 calorie diet. (Just insert your daily needs). So you take 1600 x .30 (thirty per cent). That's 480 calories of fat. Now to translate that into grams, you divide by nine. (There are nine calories to a fat gram) This gives you 53.3 grams of fat you need each day. So the formula is (Calorie needs) x .30 /9." i got between 40-50grams y dont u see what u need?
