Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I'd love to get some feedback so I'm posting what I ate and the excercise I did.....Breakfast: Go Lean Cruntch cereal w/1% milk & strawberries & crystal light orange drink; Lunch: white roll w/turkey, low-fat swiss cheese & mustard & sugar-snap peas & a banana; Snack: south beach diet peanut butter cookie pack & crystal light raspberry drink; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal- chicken alfredo w/broccoli & 1% milk; Dessert: 60-calorie dark chocolate stick; TOTAL CALORIES: About 1,350. Excercise: 5 minutes jump-roping, 20 minutes cross-trainer, 10 minutes stationary bike, 30 minute walk, cruntches, leg-lifts, & bicep/shoulder/tricep moves w/ 5 lb weights.........What do you think???
