Message Replying To From Anna, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal no milk and water. For lunch a ham sandwhich with maynosse, some chips, watermelon with salt, organes and water and 90 cal bar. For supper a small hamburger with ketchup and 2 pickles. For exercse 20 min soccer, 15 min soccer, 5 min extra stuff and hopefully 20 min walking that's less than 5mph. So how did I do. oh and I gained 2 pounds that stinks. Please help |
