Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - breakfast special k cereal with milk and a piece of dry toast and a glass of cran grape juice Lunch turkey sandwich on a bun with a slice of swiss cheese and ketchup and water supper we are having pizza, but im only going to eat 2 small pieces and a banana , i said 2 because there pizzas are cut in very small squares so 2 pieces equal the size of regual slice this equals 1090 calories 34 grams of fat and 150 carbs tell me how i did
