Message Replying To From Alyssia, Age 17 Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - This sucks! I gained a pound. I have never gained a pound before. It's all my fault. I did exercise yesterday, but I also ate really bad. I rarely ever eat bad so I figured it was okay to eat like that on occasion, but I gained! I went to Don Pablos and had 2 chicken tacos with beans/sour cream/and cheese. I put only a little bit of sour cream and cheese on though. I had 2 glasses of lemonade. Then later on I had a small little danish thingy with chocolate in it. And even later than that I had 7 twizzlers. Next time I decide to treat myself, I'm going to have water instead of lemonade, even less sour cream and cheese, and no twizzlers. It's weird though. There was one week where I got close to giving up before. I had eaten pizza for a whole week straight, and I didn't workout those days, and I maintained my weight. So, I figured one day of not so great eating wouldn't kill me. I really liked seeing the scale at 179 too. : ( I'm going to eat strictly again today, and my workouts will just be walking around because it's a Friday and I go a lot of places on the weekends. I'm only drinking water. 1200 calories. I might even work on strengthening my arm muscles a little. Maybe for 15-20 minutes. Maybe that gain was also because of me being sick. We'll see tomorrow if it goes away or not. Pray with me guys! : ) lol I'm starting a running program on Monday though! I'm scared to start it. |
