If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Claire, Age 18 Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I gained 4 lbs! it's because of the slacking off that I've been doing for like 6 months. Ok, so if I go back to my old routine of walking+jogging 4 miles every day (except Sunday) and 50 crunches/situps and 20 pushups and dancing and eating right of course...will I be able to lose the weight I've gained and more from now until June 30? I'm so disappointed in falling off the diet in the first place...it''s like one day I just cracked and gave up for a while but now I'm starting over going back to my old routine. I hope it works just as it did before! |
