Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 15 Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 125 lb - weighed in today ..... and i lost 7 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!! i am so excited and so otivated to keep doing what i been doing .... i eat 1200-1400 calories a day, exercise 45mins+ 4 times a week and on the other days 20mins ... i am so excited!!! but that is alot 2 lose in 1 week.. maybe its not accurate? im weighing myself next on the 20th of may and my goal is 2 weigh 162-165.. this weeks goal was 2 weigh 167-169 and i beaqt it by a pound!! wooo 166!!!!!!!!!!! i havent been this weigh in like ...... i dunno!!!!! trust me everyone out there who is trying to lose weight: if i can do it u can do it 2 :D :D ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ |
