Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Alright u guys, well I have a request...I was wondering if anyone wants to follow this exercise and diet plan with me. I love cooking so I would send you guys healthy recipes every sunday, for like lunch and dinner for the week. For exercise It would be walking or running for 30-40 min everyday. I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and I have lost 13 lbs, but i am still overweight, however the thing won't let me post. If u guys want healthy food recipes just email me at sabz1128@gmail.com. Here's one for today. Broil a chicken breast after seasoning with goya spices. Then take a tortilla and place premade lettuce inside. After the chicken is done cut it up and place in the tortilla. Add a tablespoon of ur favorite dressing. And voila u got a healthy 200-250 calorie meal that stuffs u
