Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Well i am starting a new eating plan which is very high in protein but doesn't cut out carbs entirely, i still eat lots of veggies and whole grains as well as plenty of lean meats. On a typical day i will eat arounf 125 grams of carbs, 135 grams of protein, 30 grams of fat and around 1400 calories. Does this seem healthy? And do you think the results will be there. Oh ya, i am also working out everyday.
