Message Replying To From Maria, Age 13 Ht. 5'7", Start: 248 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 190 lb - I am back up to my goal wieght i hate that i have been there for 2 days and i wiegh myself in the morning ok today i 1040 calories i ate nothing for breakfast but i had a sunny D for lunch i had sugar free tea calorie less for dinner i had a glass of water and a small peice of cheese pizza for a snack i had a hershey bar and a docter peper how did i do and yes i counted the calories right oh yeah for exercise i walked 45 minutes and played baseball for 20 minutes how did i do please respond?!? |
