Message Replying To From *, Age 15 Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - breakfast- 2 tbs peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin & strawberries. snack- soy yogurt. lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich & apple. snack- kashi honey almond flax bar. dinner- i'm going to have a salad (spinich/romaine, veggies, egg, chicken, light dressing.) extra- 1/2 of a vitamin water. (yum!) tell me your input :) |
