Ht. 5'0", Start: 144 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 99 lb - hey...well today for breakfast i had two egg whites and had a dab of ketchup, then i had two peices of gum, 2 kissables....then for lucnh i had a one bite of plain turkey no bread and two 100 calorie dorritos (tiny)..then after school i had a handful of carrots, and three kissables....is this good soo far? thanks...i'll truley appreciate ur help !! ♥
