Message Replying To From *, Age 15 Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey so heres what i had today. tell me what you think :) breakfast- 2 tbs peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin & strawberries snack- soy yogurt (i'm lactose intolerant) lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich & apple. snack- few carrots. dinner- caeser salad from wendy's. i also had about 3/4 of a vitamin water. (yum!) |
